JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hudson, New Hampshire Police Department, a Nationally Accredited Agency, is seeking qualified applicants to establish a hiring list for the position of police officer. Salary ranges are $45,484.64 to $61,441.12. Applications for the written examination can be obtained by visiting our website at www.hudsonpd.com. The test will be held on Saturday, 25 September 2010. Job Requirements
  • Age At least 21 years of age at date of hire
  • Education High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience Entry Level
  • Additional Requirement :

    •Must be 21 years of age at date of hire,
    •Height Proportionate to weight/weight proportionate to height,
    •Must be a high school graduate or hold a New Hampshire approved GED,
    •Must be a United States Citizen,
    •Eyesight must be corrected to 20/20. Normal color vision and depth perception is also required,
    •Must possess a valid motor vehicle operators license,
    •Normal hearing in both ears, and
    •Must successfully complete or pass a written examination, physical fitness assessment, background investigation, polygraph examination, oral interview, psychological test, medical examiner and final interview.
